With the new workout routine I've been leaning away from a plant based diet to keep up with protein. Still sticking to whole foods, so there's been a lot of chicken breast & seafood lately. This episode I go through my menu for the past 2 weeks.

Tweaked my calories & macros. Progressed further bodyweight training. Reconnected with like minded buddies. This episode I go through the new food plan, and reconnecting with buddies who have become a support group in a short amount of time.

It took a full 6 months without dropping a single day to get my mind & body into the habit of working out. I went from 30sec workouts to 45-60min every single day. Habit is created, but progression has stalled. This episode I try to crack this glass wall.

I had an epiphany. I've been reserved practicing boxing on my own with no gym & no coach. The comments & posts online about bad habits & injury stemming from practicing alone is loud. I realized the worst habit was being reserved & doing nothing about it.
